One social worker through out the life span of residential care.

I propose that children in residential care are often left behind. Throughout the process, from family to court to the residential home, children are assigned social workers who frequently change. This leaves vulnerable children feeling lonely, sad, unwanted, unsupported, and like outcasts. I know this because I am a child in care, and this is how I feel.
Change doesn't happen by staying silent.
